Kinta Properties Holdings was set up on 8th September 1973 as an investment holding company. The company operates the core businesses of investment holding and building and related services such as home building, home services, property management and marketing services.
The Holdings ranks among the largest integrated township and mix development property developer in the Perak State. The Holdings has built and established communities such as the Meru Valley Resort, First Garden, Taman Perpaduan Jaya and The Club Condo.
